Yes, Austin Tree Experts worked on our trees and I was extremely pleased with the entire job from beginning to end. I had already received a quote from another company and was about to go with them when I thought I should seek some "experts," (no pun intended) especially where oak wilt was concerned. Since I bought my house I have unfortunately had to cut 3 trees down. Our beautiful oaks in the backyard were diagnosed with oak wilt and our previous guy suggested we cut them down and start from scratch. This was really sad. I love those trees and since we've been living here, they have really filled out nicely. There seemed to be so much life left in them.

When Micah came, he spend at least an hour with me explaining everything from oak wilt to moss balls to treatments, pricing and procedures. He was so thourough! He saw a lot of hope in our trees and suggested we treat them, trim of the dead parts and see what happens.
One of them was an obvious gonner and he suggested that one come down.

The price was very reasonable and whenever I had any questions, Micah promply respnded.

I am so happy I chose them to trust with my trees. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Thanks so much Keith!

We have used Austin Tree Experts exclusively since we moved to the Westcreek neighborhood in 2005. The have trimmed and de-mossed all our live oaks and pruned the other trees on our property. We also have contracted for semi-annual deep root feeding to help the trees survive this summer's extreme heat. And they're looking around for an appropriate red oak to plant in our front yard to replace an Arizonal ash which rotted from the inside and had to be cut down.

We have been thoroughly satisfied with the service we have received. They are always where they say they'll be, and if there are any hangups, they keep us informed. We trust them implicityly with our tree care. It's a pleasure to recommend them to our neighbors.
