The Yard of the Month for July is awarded to Kevin and Bridget Lonseth at 4806 Dry Oak.
Their back yard was a blank slate of weeds when they bought the property and they learned that they also had drainage issues on the lot. They have successfully transformed the back yard to a lovely landscaped area on the side yard using crushed granite and stone. Adding French doors to the back of the house to open onto a newly laid patio of stone covered by a beautiful pergola gave the family additional outdoor living space. Note the large mirror hanging on the chimney…a nice design touch! A playscape for Ayza and a vegetable garden complete the lush green back yard. With no irrigation system, the Lonseth’s are thankful for the rain that we have had that has kept their St. Augustine thick and green this summer
Congratulations to the family on the work they have accomplished in their front yard! They are awarded a Gift Certificate to Klingemann’s Auto for a free oil change and a $50 gift certificate to Emerald Gardens.
