We are proud to announce the Yard of the Month winner for April is awarded to Kelly & Brent Sapstead at 4907 Summerset Trail. Moving into the house five years ago, they began work on their front yard with the first spring . The makeover included the removal of two Arizona Ash trees that were struggling to survive. Then the plans were drawn for beds for an irrigation system to be installed. Beds were created and filled with a native Redbud tree and numerous native plants including Lavender, Dianthus, rosemary, and many more purchased from the Natural Gardener. They look forward to shopping at Emerald Gardens with their $50 gift certificate that goes with the YOM award. Additionally, they received a free oil change from Klingemann’s Auto.
May Yard of the MOnth went to Kyle & Stacy Colston at 4612 Yellow Rose Trail. New to the neighborhood a year ago, the Colstons have continued the work started by the previous owners! Stacy is the art teacher at Patton Elementary & her husband Kyle builds apartment units. We welcome them to the neighborhood and are proud to award them the May Yard of the Month! They are recipients of a gift certificate from Emerald Gardens for $50 and an oil change at Klingemann’s. Thank you to our sponsors and congratulations to the Colstons!
