Photos of the Creek Clean Up – Saturday, Nov.1
Thirty neighbors came out this Saturday to help pick up trash in Williamson Creek that winds through the Westcreek Neighborhood. Folks met at the top of the Brush Country bridge. Trash included typical household items like cans and plastic bags. However, larger debris such as a mattress, wood planks and plywood, metal scraps, plastic trash bins, a tire, and even a fire extinguisher were removed from the creek.
Clean up supplies and trash collection were provided by Keep Austin Beautiful.
