Please note that permits are not required to start work on emergency repairs. Efforts to secure your home or business can begin immediately, and DSD will work with you to ensure repairs were completed safely. Emergency inspections for electrical and plumbing repairs are available 24/7. To schedule an inspection, call 512-974-2030 for electrical work or 512-974-1520 for plumbing work. If an inspector does not answer, please leave a message. Your call will be returned shortly. You can find additional information about emergency repairs, permitting, and inspections at austintexas.gov/emergency-permits. For questions, please call 3-1-1 at any time or call 512-974-1500, Monday – Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. You can also reach us using the chat feature on our home page at DevelopmentATX.com. December YOM 2022

December Yard of the Month was awarded to David Guillory and wife Emily & son Marshall at 4520 Langtry. The Guillory family has lived in Westcreek for 21 years and has lived in this house for 12 years. They love the neighborhood and are proud paid members of our Westcreek Neighborhood Association! The Snowman muscleman and 20’ Santa are new additions to the yard decor this year. David said he would have to deflate many of the inflatables during the high winds expected with the approaching Arctic storm!
The Guillory family look forward to using their gift cards from Klingemann for an oil change, Leaf Nursery for additional plants & Cypress Grill for a delicious dinner as it is a family favorite!
We saw many beautifully lit homes in our neighborhood but many of them have not joined our association and therefore were not eligible to win YOM! Be sure to check out 4803 Summerset! Humorous & original!! Check out other houses on Langtry, Sanderson, Yellow Rose, Summerset and Fair Valley! You don’t have to drive very far to see some lovely holiday lights!!

Meet over at the trailhead at the Westcreek Drive dead-end at 9 a.m. on Saturday.

We’ll do our usual trash sweep, though things are looking pretty good. Bring loppers, pruning saws, gloves and water so we can clean up.

Westcreek National Night Out Block Party and Food Drive.
4808 Summerset Trail ( Summerset & Brush Country) 5:00 – 7:30
Hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be served. Please bring cookies to share.
Bring a blanket or a chair and enjoy the evening.
Food items needed for Abiding Love Food Pantry: Cereal, canned soup, beans (not black), canned vegetables, canned fruit, pasta, peanut butter, bars of soap and toothpaste.
